Detailed Description
A challenging trek in a fairy-tale setting, moving from the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park to the Ampezzo Dolomites Nature Park and back. In late spring and summer, you can admire the blooming of gentians, orchids, vanilla orchids, edelweiss, and much more, blending with the green meadows surrounding the small glacial lakes of Fosses, which look like eyes reflecting the surrounding peaks. The scenery becomes even more spectacular in autumn when the landscape takes on a sunburnt yellow hue, and marmots busily eat and fatten up in preparation for hibernation. The trek begins on a very steep dirt road leading to a mountain hut, which is a true alpine village with grazing animals. From there, the trail descends to Malga Campo Croce before climbing again on a small path to the Biella Hut, where you can observe the bustling activity of hikers along the Alta Via No. 1. The journey continues across the Sennes plateau, where livestock once again graze among tourists and marmots.
Difficulty Description
The initial part is inevitably uphill on a wide road. It then continues on a narrow and relatively challenging trail, followed by a long stretch on a dirt road before climbing again on a steep path. Towards the end of the day, we return to a wide road that leads back to the starting point.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
0% penalty if canceled before 6 PM three days prior, 50% penalty if canceled before 6 PM two days prior, 100% penalty after 6 PM two days prior. If the trek is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, the amount paid will be refunded or converted into a voucher for another hike.
